Josh is an extremely competent tech. His attention to detail is always appreciated. He went above and beyond when changing the filters in my house. I was not aware that there was an adjustment that could keep the filter placed more tightly in the opening. Josh adjusted this for me and taught me how to do it myself. I have used Longs for years and will continue to do so.
