We offer 4 levels of our Comfort Club Maintenance programs. We can also customize a plan to specifically fit your needs as with many high use or commercial applications.

Some of the benefits of the Comfort Club Maintenance Program include:
- The assurance that your equipment is being properly maintained to provide you with maximum efficiency and comfort.
- Regular equipment inspections by our professional team to determine condition and to develop a plan of action in regard to future repair or replacement.
- 10% discount on all equipment parts, service, system replacements or accessory items.
- Below are highlights of the different plans we offer.
Bronze
- Provides one system check and filter change in the spring and one in the fall
- A 10% discount on all accessories and system updates.
Silver
- Provides one system check, filter change, and cleaning of the outside coil in the spring.
- Provides one system check, filter change, and cleaning of the furnace or air handler in the fall.
- A 10% discount on all accessories, system updates, after-hours calls, and additional labor.
Gold
- Provides a spring and fall inspection, cleaning, and filter change.
- You will never pay any breakdown costs.
- All motors, freon, compressors, heat exchangers, and parts are provided at no cost to you
- A 10% discount on all accessories, system updates, and any additional services desired.
Platinum
- This is an all-inclusive agreement:
- Provides a spring and fall inspection including all repairs.
- All parts, labor, and, if necessary, equipment replacement is provided.
- A 10% discount on all accessories, system updates, and any additional services desired.
Accessories
- All of our accessories can be added to any of our agreements.
- Humidifier pad change, needed once a year.
- Healthy Climate Filter change, needed once a year.
- Healthy Climate Catalyst change, needed once every two years.
- Healthy Climate PureAir UV Bulb change, needed once a year.
- Speak with your Service Technician regarding other accessories available.
